Mississauga City Centre Real Estate

Mississauga City Centre Sky Line, Jeff Oleary Mississauga Realtor

Real Estate in the Mississauga City Centre is some of the most dynamic and fastest growing in the GTA. The Mississauga City Centre is home to largest concentration of high-rise buildings in the city and home to many award winning builders and cutting edge new condominium communities.

While there are many older condo and rental apartment buildings in the Mississauga City Centre, it is the newer condo developments that are attracting the majority of buyer interest and fuelling the strong real estate market in the area. The majority of houses are located to the west of City Centre along Rathburn Rd and to the south off of Confederation Parkway.

Mississauga City Centre Community Info

Mississauga City Centre is a fast growing & dynamic community that has benefited greatly from the strong real estate market over the past decade. At the heart of the area is the Square One Shopping Centre and Mississauga City Hall. Mississauga City Centre was mainly a planned community developed around the City Hall and Square One. Before the construction of Square One, most of the residents in Central Mississauga lived further south in Cooksville, the older central area of Mississauga. Mississauga City Centre is diverse and home to many newcomers to Canada. There is excellent shopping and dining in the area, along with numerous transportation links which allow residents to easily travel to other areas of the GTA. Business in the area is mainly retail and a mix of financial and other service industries. Sqaure One, Jeff Oleary Mississauga Real Estate
